Introduction

FluxiPlay ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Chameleon Hide: Camo Paint mobile game application. This Privacy Policy explains what data the game collects, why, and who it is shared with. It matches the Data safety information shown on our Google Play store listing.

Data We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we never collect information that directly identifies you. The analytics and advertising services built into the game automatically collect the following:

Why We Use This Data

• App functionality — to run the game and keep it working correctly on your device
• Analytics — to understand how the game is played, fix bugs, and improve performance
• Advertising or marketing — to display ads, limit how often the same ad repeats, and measure ad performance
• Fraud prevention, security, and compliance — to detect invalid or fraudulent ad activity

Data Sharing

We share your advertising identifier, approximate location, and ad interaction data with our advertising partners so they can select and measure the ads you see. Your advertising identifier is also shared for fraud prevention and security. We do not sell your data, and no other data is shared with anyone.

Device Motion Sensors

Chameleon Hide: Camo Paint uses your device's motion sensors (gyroscope and accelerometer) as a core part of gameplay — staying still helps you stay hidden. This motion data is processed only on your device, in real time, to run the game. It is never collected, stored, or transmitted to us or to any third party, and it is not used to identify you.

Advertising

Chameleon Hide: Camo Paint is free to play and is supported by advertising. We use Unity LevelPlay to display ads from ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These partners act as independent data controllers for the data they collect, and their own privacy policies apply to it.

Your Ad Choices

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or turn off ad personalization, at any time in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

You will still see ads, but they will no longer be personalized. Uninstalling the game stops all data collection.

In-Game Feedback Form

The game may show an optional rating prompt. If you choose to report an issue, we receive the issue category you selected and any text you type in the details box. This is submitted through Google Forms and is used only to find and fix problems in the game.

Sending feedback is entirely optional, and it is not linked to you — no name, email, or device identifier is sent with it. Please do not type personal information into the feedback box.

Internet Permission

The game requests the Internet permission (android.permission.INTERNET) on Android. It is used only to load ads and to send the anonymous analytics data described above.

Data Security

All data collected by the game is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.

Data Deletion

The game has no accounts, so there is no personal profile for us to delete and we do not operate a data deletion request service. To break the link between your device and any advertising profile, reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings as described above. Uninstalling the game stops all further collection.

Third-Party Services

Our game uses services provided by Unity Technologies — Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, and the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform, which includes ironSource Ads. Their data collection is governed by the Unity Privacy Policy and the ironSource Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Chameleon Hide: Camo Paint is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
